Ramallah: Union Construction and Investment Corporation (UCI), a leading Palestinian company in the field of construction, housing, and real-estate development, commenced construction of model homes on master plans included in its TABO project. As promised to its customers, model homes have started construction on plots located in the TABO master plans in Kufr Ein, Broqeen, and Farkha. The model homes are designed to offer an unique example for proper construction and urban planning outside of the densely populated Palestinian cities, while take advantage of Palestine’s breathtaking nature.

Speaking on the subject, Mr. Khaled Al Sabawi, General Manager of UCI stated “we have started constructing three model homes in Kufr Ein, Broqeen and Farkha. We intend for these homes to serve as prototypes for all the home constructions that could take place one the lands available with TABO. We at UCI always seek to provide unique and complete services for our customers and present them with the opportunity to immediately benefit from and enjoy the lands they have acquired through TABO. Since the launching of this project, we have assumed the responsibility of developing and constructing these plots to become model suburban areas in the near future with an architectural style characterized by the highest standards” added Mr. Al Sabawi.

It is important to note that UCI shall offer these model homes for customers that are interested to construct homes for themselves for a reasonable price paid by direct monthly installments with UCI, allowing its customers to own a home in an affordable way and enjoy the architecture that is in harmony with Palestine’s beautiful surrounding nature.

The construction of these model homes on Palestinian land is considered an additional factor that further solidifies Palestinians’ presence on their land, thus protecting these lands from illegal settlement and confiscation. Additionally, the creation of title deeds preserve the borders of the land and define its identity.
